Techniques I Use:
Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnosis: Hypnosis is a natural yet altered, powerful way to quiet the mind and connect with the deeper parts of yourself — the parts that hold old patterns, beliefs, and emotions. When we access this space, true healing and transformation can happen.
Hypnotic Programming: Personalized suggestions and affirmations delivered directly to the subconscious through hypnosis to change habits, patterns, and beliefs.
Eye Movement Therapy: Refined version of hypnosis to create new neuro pathways, process emotions, and break old mental patterns
Neuro-Somatic Therapy: Working with the mind, body, and nervous system to create safety, resiliency, and increased capacity
Parts Therapy: Working with the parts of your mind that are in conflict. For example, the part that wants to cope through a behavior and the part that hates that behavior.
Regression Hypnosis: Accessing past memories to uncover root causes, belief systems, and emotional imprints so healing can happen at the source.
Breathwork: Guided breathing to release stored emotions, physical tension, and deep-rooted patterns. It can open doors to clarity and transformation in powerful ways.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy: Ketamine-assisted therapy is a clinically guided approach that uses low, therapeutic doses of ketamine to help clients access deeper emotional states, interrupt rigid patterns, and accelerate healing. Because ketamine increases neuroplasticity, many people experience rapid relief from depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, and chronic stress. When combined with psychotherapy, it often leads to profound insight, emotional release, and lasting shifts in mood, behavior, and overall wellbeing.
Vibroacoustic Therapy: Uses gentle, low-frequency sound waves delivered to key areas of the body to support the nervous system and nearby cellular communication. This helps relax muscles, improve circulation, create a deep sense of calm, boost energy, mood, and focus, enhance sleep quality, and open the door to creative or expanded states of awareness.

Hypnosis helps calm the nervous system, promote relaxation, and reframe anxious thoughts.
It can enhance mental clarity, motivation, and performance in work, academics, or sports.
By accessing subconscious memories, hypnosis allows unresolved emotions to surface and be processed safely.
Hypnosis can reprogram limiting beliefs that affect self-worth or performance.
It helps address habits such as smoking, overeating, or procrastination by shifting subconscious drivers.
Clinical hypnosis has been proven effective for chronic pain, migraines, and even medical or dental procedures.
The mind-body connection can aid recovery from illness, injury, or surgery
It helps people manage grief, loss, or life transitions with greater resilience
Hypnosis can uncover the roots of behavioral patterns, empowering individuals to create lasting change.

Before stepping into my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, I spent nearly a decade serving my community as a firefighter and paramedic. Those years on the front lines taught me profound lessons about courage, resilience, and the invisible weight so many people carry—especially those whose lives are shaped by service. That experience didn’t just change me; it became the foundation of my calling.
As a retired firefighter–paramedic turned therapist, I remain deeply connected to the communities I once stood beside. I understand the identity shifts, cumulative stress, and unspoken grief that can accompany a life of service—because I lived it. Today, I bring that lived understanding into my work with first responders, military members, veterans, and their spouses, offering culturally competent, trauma-informed care that honors both strength and vulnerability as a part of the work that I do.
While I hold deep respect and understanding for the first responder and military communities, I genuinely enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, identities, and life journeys. I believe every individual carries a unique story, and it is an honor to walk alongside clients from diverse paths as they explore healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I hold an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in mental health and clinical counseling, and I’ve completed advanced training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Numinus. In addition, I have over 500 hours of interpersonal and transpersonal clinical hypnosis training through the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. Combined with more than 5,000 hours of professional training and clinical experience, my approach integrates evidence-based practice with depth-oriented, progressive modalities.
My work goes beyond symptom management and nervous system regulation. Drawing from neuro-somatic therapy, hypnosis, and expanded-state therapies, I help clients engage in deeper inner work—releasing long-held patterns, reconnecting with their authentic self, and moving toward genuine liberation and meaning. I am passionate about easing the suffering people often carry alone and creating a space where healing feels safe, grounded, and deeply human.
This work is personal for me. It is a way of giving back to the community that shaped who I am—and walking alongside others as they reclaim themselves, not just after trauma, but beyond it. Hypnosis has played a profound role in my own healing journey, offering clarity, release, and a deeper connection to myself. Experiencing its impact firsthand strengthened my commitment to this work and deepened my belief in what’s possible when the mind is met with openness, safety, and skilled guidance.
